Customer Service Manager – Sales Leadership

You will work closely with the Sales, Logistics, Planning and Finance/Credit team.
You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service, striving for “error free” order administration and customer responsiveness.
You will have the responsibility of leading and or facilitating the customer service strategic plan and be able to take on special assignments as the need arises.
You will drive the pace, initiatives, innovations, and outcomes in customer service in accordance with the company’s strategies, values and policies.
What we are looking for in a Candidate:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in a business administration or logistics and other field and/or with 10 plus years of related experience within manufacturing.
Worked within a company in the sales revenue range of around $500MM.
Can clearly articulate a disciplined approach to the Customer Service function
Has established effective Customer Service performance metric and incentive processes.
This position is located in Newark, DE.
-Location known for a strong local economy and for being close to several major cities and destination areas.
-The local area has several great parks, a historic and active downtown and good schools.
