Are you an experienced District Sales Manager looking for a great opportunity with a global company?
As the District Sales Manager, you will develop strategies and execute plans to grow sales through distribution channels and key accounts within your region.
You will develop strategies and execute for sales growth with dealers and key accounts within your region, focused on organizational KPI’s and profit goals.
You will develop the distribution channel and sales growth through market analysis, recruitment of new dealers, influence and growth of current dealers and execute changes in these areas, where appropriate.
You will maintain ongoing relationships as a true business partner, with key accounts, to build trust and develop long term relationships.
You will participate in sales and marketing events and/or meetings to continuously enhance and grow your network and our market share.
You will collaborate and communicate with the operations and corporate team to provide ongoing feedback on market trends and new product opportunities.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Business preferred, or the equivalent education and experience
3 + years of Territory Sales management experience working in a dealer or distribution channel environment
Functional Skills: Consultative selling process in calling on distributors, which includes a process to qualify prospects, perform a needs analysis, and close the sale.
Intermediate PC skills; strong technical or mechanical aptitude within the agricultural industry/farming equipment, or similar industry (should understand how grain bins work)
Other Skills: Leadership through Innovation, Goal oriented, Relational, Collaborative, and Ability to Learn and Present a Value Proposition to Clients or Prospects, Organized, Self-driven, and Excellent Time-management.
