Territory:  Greater Houston, TX Region and all of Louisiana. Client preference is for person to reside within the greater Houston area, but will consider anyone within this territory.
Our client is looking for a qualified candidate to fulfill the role of Fluid Connector Regional Sales. Work for a Company who are leaders in their industry. Position offers a very competitive compensation and benefits package.
  • Dedicated sales associate selling branded fluid power connector products and service
  • Achieving individual and company sales goals by presenting company’s value offering of sales and service to existing and prospective customers
  • Visiting established customers and prospective customers
  • Responding to customers’ needs in compliance with company’s standard business practices
  • Promoting company’s vendor managed inventory, new inventory and web based solutions
  • Monitor expenses to comply with department budget and making corrections as necessary
  • Maintain accurate sales records and submitting marketing and sales reports to management
  • Coordinate installation of programs to established and new prospective customers within territory
  • Knowledge of company’s products, service and sales techniques under instruction and guidance of manager
  • Supporting company culture within the department and throughout the company to fulfill purpose and vision
  • Special projects and additional duties as required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Outside sales experience is required 1 to 3 years
  • Knowledge of Fluid Power Connector products
  • Basic computer aptitude
  • Excellent written and oral communications
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel up to 75% of the time in assigned territory; In addition, occasional air travel and overnights.
