You probably have several of their products through your house hold, they are reputable leader in consumer goods, home and beauty, food and beverage, and continually striving to grow into newer markets. More importantly, they support some of the largest household brands in the industry and this is where your role as a key Account Manager comes in to play.

Your role within the organization will be to be the main point of contact for one of their largest customers for packaging needs on the health and beauty side of the business. This could be potentially any products throughout the company’s portfolio, so need someone who truly knows the market and has proven success in client development and building customer relationships. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth, meet or exceed account objectives, and add value to customer through product creativity, service, and strong relationships. We need a strong leader capable of growing quickly and taking on global responsibilities with this company.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Engineering
Sales experience in the packaging industry ideal, and knowledge of the health and beauty markets is a must
Strong experience in managing a large account, developing relationships, and being strategic
Creativity, product knowledge, and solution selling
Injection molding, blow molding, or extruded tubes for packaging ideal
Ability to work independently
This is a home based position though and will do mostly regional travel but also plan trips to the manufacturing locations in the Midwest and East Coast. Ideally be located in the Midwest, IL, IN, OH, KY, MI, WI, IA, MO
