  • Our closely held $100MM+ international material handling equipment / systems client is seeking a North American Vice President to create and execute a plan to grow North America sales.
  • Will hire, train, and task sales and service staff and design and implement a new compensation and incentive plan.
  • Will travel 20-50%; more towards 50% the first year. Will become personally involved in all major projects and with all major clients.
  • Will have full North American P & L and oversee manufacturing, logistics, sales, service, finance, HR, legal, and other departments.
  • Will establish key performance indicators and hold employees accountable for targeted performance.
  • Will design and commercialize future product offerings, set and negotiate pricing, target and evaluate future acquisitions, and coordinate North American synergies with international counterparts.
  • Opportunity to become a stock holder and member of management Board down the road.
  • Compensation includes salary, bonus up to 30%, auto allowance, expenses, and more.
  • Must have engineering degree, previous sales management over a sales team of 5 or more, selling a material handling systems / equipment line. Highly prefer candidates with multiple language skills, accustomed to being on industrial construction sites.
  • Must reside in the Pittsburgh, PA area.
