DescriptionMy client is seeking an experienced and proven General Manager to manage a limited- service hotel in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The General Manager will be required to supervise staff, conduct interviews and ensure property is adequately staffed, marketed, promoted, etc. GM must ensure proper quality and health standards, ensure guest satisfaction, and other tasks associated with successful operations of a hotel.
Must be entrepreneurial and a self starter that thrive on achieving exceptional results.
Must be independent in thinking; have exceptional leadership skills; ability to forecast market conditions and strategically develop a business plan accordingly. Must be detail -oriented and deliver outstanding customer service, and maintain a pristine property.
Technical expertise required and experience at being a Sales leader.
The General Manager will be required to supervise staff, conduct interviews and ensure property is adequately staffed, marketed, promoted, etc., Ensure proper quality and health standards, Ensure guest satisfaction, and other tasks associated with successful operations of hotel.
MUST have at least 3 years of previous Hotel Management experience
The ability to be a great leader and motivate a team
A can-do, guest-pleasing attitude
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Proficiency with basic computer (PC) and office technology
