DescriptionOur client is a leading manufacturer of surgical products, searching for an experienced Sr. Global Product Manager for Surgical Products. The Sr. Global Product Manager will work with worldwide regions, including collection and analysis of clinical needs in association with the product category and business opportunities. This position will focus on product line strategy, pricing stragegy, strategic messaging and market dynamics. Communicates with international regions and internal departments.
Works closely with Regional Marketing Teams for product initiatives, including launch, positioning and messaging
Develops and executes global launch strategies
Reviews product-line sales and profitability based on regional performance
Works with market research resources to establish market intelligence, evaluate competitive activity and make recommendations to achieve marketing objectives
Requirements:
Bachelors degree required, MBA strongly preferred
Minimum 5 years of Product Management Experience, experience with global product launches preferred
Experience with biotech or medical device products required, ideally products for tissue repair, hernia devices, or related
Proven ability to interact with business partners and internal departments, with experience in the functions required for this position
Must have good clinical understanding
